Water 617 ml. 95% Ethanol (Everclear) All of the Extract Redistilled Gin: Build in Beaker 800 ml. 65% Neutral Grain Spirit 350 ml. Water 1 ml. Juniper Oil .5 ml. Pine Needle Oil 30 µl. Caraway Oil 15 µl. Sweet Fennel Oil Hand mix or let sit on Magnetic Mixer for a few minutes Remove 450 ml. of mixture In 450 ml. batch Add 24g Table Salt .5g Cardamom Seed *To set up distillation see items needed above* Collect the distilled Gin in a glass bottle or beaker To Make the actual Spirit: Basically you are just proofing your mixture down Build in Bottle Add 250 ml. of Distilled Gin 145 ml. Water Mix Texas Guinan Gin Buck: Build in Glass 7 Parts Seltzer 1 Part "Polo" Ginger Ale Syrup 2 oz. or 30 ml.
