About This Video

Hi, I’m Gr8fully Tedicated, and in this Christmas Lights Tour 2025 video I take you along for a relaxing drive and a little walk through Redmond, Oregon to see what our town puts on for the season. Longtime viewers know I usually head over to Peacock Lane in Portland—pretty much the premier spot for Christmas lights on regular houses—but Mother Nature had other plans this week. We’ve had two atmospheric rivers, big winds, it’s close to freezing, and we’re even supposed to get snow overnight. I wasn’t about to wrestle with crossing the Cascades in all that. So instead, I keep it local and start at the city’s central Christmas light area—our public park in downtown Redmond—then we roll through a few other spots around town. Redmond isn’t a big place, so this isn’t a “mega city” light show, but you’ll see we’ve still got plenty of creativity and some displays that really shine. If you’re a senior traveler like me (or you just want a peaceful holiday night vibe), this is an easy, no-stress way to enjoy the season without overdoing it.
