Replace your chinese takeway with this amazing Chilli Chicken Recipe which is super quick and easy to make. Serves 5 Portions Ingredients: -Chicken- 760g -Conserved Pepper- 650g -Sweet Chilli Sauce- 70g -Flour- 30g -Oil- 3tbsp -5 Spice seasoning- 1.5 tbsp -A pinch of salt and pepper. Method: 1. Dice the chicken into a bowl add salt and pepper, 5 spice seasoning and oil, mix it all in and place it in the fridge for about 4-5 hours.(The longer you keep the better it tastes) 2. Heat up the pan and put the chicken make sure it fries well you want to see the chicken getting nice and brown. 3. Add conserved peppers inside the pan, cover the pan and leave for 5-10 minutes to simmer. 4. Once simmered tear the peppers apart into smaller pieces and add sweet chilli sauce in. 5. Place half of the flour in let it start thickening, if the trexture is not thick enough add the rest of the flour and mix it in properly. 5.
