Our Airbnb Revenue: 2024 Success & 2025's Slower Start In this video, I provide an update on our short-term rental property’s Airbnb revenue through 2024 and early 2025. In 2024, we were very pleased because we broke several of our previous monthly income records. While calculating exact profit is complex due to our LMNP (location meublée non professionnelle) portfolio structure, this short-term rental definitely pays for itself and helps finance our other investments. I also discuss our ongoing maintenance costs. Though 2025 has gotten off to a slow start, bookings for spring and summer months are already looking promising, and I share my strategy of refreshing our listing name and cover photo seasonally, while contemplating updating our listing with professional photographs.
