Get on the list: www.claracfo.com/newsletter Supreme Court Opinion document: https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/24pdf/24a653_c07d.pdf Even though the Supreme Court of the United States issued a stay (see link above) on the temporary injunction against the enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act related to the Texas Top Cop Shop case, there was another case in Texas (from the same district) that also resulted in a nationwide injunction. The Supreme Court Opinion on the case made no real difference to what small business owners need to do now. FinCEN is taking voluntary submissions on their website, and no penalties can be enforced at this time.
