STAY AT ONE OF LONDON’S BEST HOTELS WITH ME | The Berkeley London

Come with me for a little overnight London staycation at THE iconic London Hotel, The Berkeley We stayed in the most insane room called the Knightsbridge Suite, overlooking Hyde Park, it was very main character for 24 hours. It’s so big I got lost and the dyson hair HAUL…no words. A must stop was Surrenne, their wellness and longevity club, which hotel guests get access to during their stay. I did a gym session, had a perfect spa moment, and tested out the most BEAUTIFUL sauna and even had a cup of hydrogen alkaline water from the gym water tap?? It’s set over four floors under Knightsbridge and feels like a secret wellness world hidden beneath the hotel. Post the wellness session we had cocktails at The Berkeley Bar, which is such a gorgeous little corner of the hotel, you must get the vosper before heading next door to abc kitchens at The Emory for dinner. Jean-Georges food is some of my favourite, my 3rd visit to this restaurant now. The chicken rice, the beetroot carpaccio,the service. Just perfect. You must go. The next morning felt even more special because I hosted a press breakfast at abc kitchens to celebrate epetōme. Having everyone around the table, in such a beautiful space, talking all things gut health, food and wellness was a real pinch-me moment. Thank you the beautiful team who made this happen.
