In this video I’m giving y’all a full room tour of how I set up my space for cozy journaling, planning, and reading. I literally had just gotten home from work (so the lighting is a little off), but I wanted to finally show everything now that I’m basically finished. I start at my desk setup—my smaller electronic Amazon desk, my diffuser, stamps, page holders, washi cutter, and all of my fountain pen storage (including my TWSBIs organized by type). I also share the little things that make my desk feel functional and cozy, like my Canon printers for memory keeping, my Silhouette Portrait for sticker projects, and the “brick” that helps me stop doom scrolling when I need to focus. I also walk you through the rest of my room: my window curtain hack (yes, it’s a shower curtain because I refused to pay $60 for curtains), my beaded closet curtain because I hate doors, and how I reorganized to keep my desk from shaking while filming. I talk about downsizing a lot—clothes, stationery, and especially fountain pen ink—because I’m a minimalist and I’m not trying to over-consume anymore. And of course, I show my IKEA Kallax bookshelves, my genre signs, my Kindle lineup, and my cozy string lights for journaling in bed at night.
