We evaluate software for a living, and after sifting through dozens of AI tools, we landed on the six that actually move the needle for a small business in 2026. In this video, we walk through the exact AI apps we use in a typical day to save time, reduce mental load, and keep the business on track—starting with the place most teams waste time: email. We show how Superhuman uses AI to autocategorize messages, draft follow-ups in our tone, and let us search the inbox in natural language so email stops being one big stressful pile.
