There are a lot of reasons why someone can experience sciatica pain. From Disc issues in the spine, nerve tension, spinal subluxation, degeneration, stenosis, degenerative disc disease, degenerative joint disease, pregnancy, injuries to the spine, muscle tension, piriformis syndrome, and so much more. But there are some key signs someone can look for if they think they have sciatica. Most notably, pain that runs down the leg to the ankle or toes. These tests are purely with the intention to help someone understand what they might be experiencing and help them understand that if they do in fact have a problem that they should see a health care professional.
