Best Headache Relief and Migraine Home Exercise Tips and How to by Dr. Matthew Chiropractor Any questions, leave them in the comments section below. Headaches and Migraines are uncomfortable and sometimes are related to muscles in your neck. These specific muscles are located under your skulls and attach to the upper cervical spine, C1 and C2. There are two nerves that specifically exit this part of the spine, The Greater Occipital Nerve and the Lesser Occipital Nerve. Both these nerves travel from under the skulls posteriorly and extend to the top and front of your skull. This is often why most headaches and migraines are felt in the top of the head, side of the head, forehead, temple and even behind the eyes. So this video, I'm going to give you some exercises and strategies to get through that tension in the back of the neck and under the skull. I also included another way to release the tension by using a Lacrosse ball. These tips I'm going to show you can be used at either at home, anytime, they can also be used at the office or at your work locations. They're very simple to do. #headache #headacherelief #headachetreatment #headacheremedies #headacheremedy #headaches #migraine #migrainetreatment #migrainerelief #migrainecauses Brought to you by: Dr. Matthew Posa, Chiropractor in Milton, Ontario Location: The Healthy Family Chiropractic 850 Main Street East, Milton, ON Call us at: (905) 864-1516 Subscribe To Our Channel Here For More Future Videos Connect with Dr. Matthew Posa: Facebook: http://facebook.com/drmatthewposa ** Channel / Videos Disclaimer ** The information provided in this channel, videos, and all comments and replies to comments/questions is intended for information purposes only and does not constitute medical, chiropractic, health or other advice of any kind or nature.
