This video is a flip-through of Notgrass Exploring America, which I’m using for my 10th grader’s U.S. History for the 2024–2025 homeschool year. This is actually our third year using Notgrass History, so I’m sharing why I keep coming back to it and what it looks like as a solid high school history option in a real homeschool mom setting (yes, even with all my chaos). I also share that we’ve already started the year, and so far, so good. The big “new” thing for us this year is that I’m also using this curriculum as a Language Arts credit alongside history. I talk through that plan and why it made sense for us to combine credits this year, especially for a high school student who needs clear expectations and consistent work.
