How to Change the Wordpress Design by and Powered by Footer Text using jQuery

In this video, I demonstrate how to easily change those pesky "powered by wordpress" and "designed by" footer text into anything that you want using jQuery. This will require you using the David Gwyer's jQuery UI Widgets plugin to get this done. This tutorial also talks about using the append() method as well as the after() method. With a few hacks, it's nothing to it!
