What is a code hog? Kobe Bryant, God rest his soul, but when he played in the NBA, he was known for being a selfish ball player. However, Kobe challenged other players to get on his level. I guess it was his way of teaching others by having them raise their game. If you expect to be successful in this field, being a "code hog", a person who thinks they have the keys to the kingdom while everyone is too stupid to know what they know, will only hurt rather than help you. They have a scarcity mentality more than likely. And that is not the Mamba mentality.
