I show my exact YouTube Studio flow: pick your Short, write a simple clear title that matches the video, then add hashtags that help visibility (I literally use stuff like #shorts, #pyf, and #viral). After you upload, I go back in to edit the description—yes, I’m that person who doesn’t skip it—because it helps discovery. I also talk about choosing the right category, adding tags (keywords people search), turning on embedding, and my little method: upload unlisted first, wait about 2 hours, then switch it to public. Then I get into the real “viral” tips: know your audience (K-pop fans, beauty lovers, whoever you’re targeting), use attention-grabbing titles, and make the first few seconds hit because people scroll fast. I also cover optimizing for mobile (vertical, readable text, no clutter), leveraging trends fast, staying consistent, using 3–5 targeted hashtags (not 500), keeping it visually engaging, adding a call-to-action, and checking analytics so every Short gets better.
