Education apps work because progress is measurable and gamification (streaks, habits, achievements) keeps people coming back—think focused microlearning instead of building a huge platform. And health apps are the long game: if you help people build habits and feel results (sleep, stress, nutrition like Cal AI), you become part of their routine. The takeaway: your job isn’t to convince people to care—just make what they already do simpler, faster, or more satisfying.
