A couple hours before recording, I made one tiny change to my paywall and instantly got three new free trials. In this video I break down the exact paywall moves I’m using right now to squeeze more conversions out of the same traffic—because most indie devs aren’t “failing” due to bad apps, they’re leaving money on the table with the wrong paywall timing and offers. First, I show why I now put the paywall right after onboarding.
