Personal A/C:Tests- Noise, Temperature, Power Usage

I test the Loudness, cooling capacity and efficiency of my homemade air conditioner. Using a thermometer, I measure the air temperature coming out of the device, which is around 61°F, with an estimated airflow of about 270 CFM.
