It’s our final sea day on this Mexican Riviera cruise 🚢, and we’re soaking up every last moment before returning to Los Angeles. With no ports to visit, we took full advantage of a relaxing day at sea, checking off items from our cruise bucket list and revisiting some of our favorite spots onboard. We started the day with breakfast in the main dining room, then tried to unwind in Spice H2O before a windy surprise sent us indoors. That change of plans turned out to be a win, as we grabbed seats at the Observation Lounge bar, tried new drinks, and even witnessed Laura’s very first Bloody Mary 🥂. From there, we set out to tackle our cruise bucket list…exploring the arcade, stopping by the art auction, finding the library, checking out bowling, heading to the top deck, tracking down the ping pong tables, and wrapping things up with mini golf. Some plans worked out perfectly…and others came with a few surprises. We ended our final day the best way we know how, with an incredible dinner at Cagney’s Steakhouse 🥩🍷, one of NCL’s flagship specialty dining experiences. Great food, great wine, and the perfect way to close out our cruise. Thanks so much for joining us on this Mexican Riviera Cruise Series. About This Video

On our final sea day of this 7-day Mexican Riviera cruise on the Norwegian Bliss, we were determined to soak up every last minute before heading back to Los Angeles. We started the morning the way we love to on NCL sea days—breakfast in the main dining room for eggs benedict (and we even caught the singers again, which was just so cute). Our original plan was to park it in Spice H2O since it’s adults-only and totally our vibe for reading, sun, and hot tub time… but the wind had other plans. Between the water droplets and a little ash from the smoke stack, we called it and pivoted. That switch turned into a win because we grabbed two seats at the Observation Lounge bar and settled into full relaxation mode with mimosas and some new drinks—Laura even tried her very first Bloody Mary and it did not disappoint. After lunch (plus lemon sorbet, because I will never turn that down), we tackled our “things we still haven’t done” list: the arcade (yes, ski ball), the art auction, finally finding the library, checking out the compact bowling setup, hunting down the ping pong tables (spoiler: out of the way and not set up), and wrapping up with the 5-hole mini golf. We saved the best for last: dinner at Cagney’s Steakhouse. The steaks were fantastic, the wine pairings were great, and that OMG caramel butterscotch cheesecake is hands down the best dessert on the ship—an absolute perfect finale to an amazing trip.
