Laura and Carol embarked on a fascinating walking tour, discovering iconic landmarks like the futuristic UFO Bridge, the stunning Bratislava Castle perched above the city, and St. Martin’s Cathedral — a site where 11 Hungarian kings and queens were crowned. 👑 Along the way, we admired the ancient medieval city walls that once protected the city, explored Michael’s Gate with its rich history, and enjoyed the city’s quirky public art including monuments dedicated to Slovak history and the Red Army’s liberation during World War II. Meanwhile, Pepper indulged in a fun and flavorful beer tasting tour called “Taste of Slovakia,” sampling local brews and learning about Slovakia’s brewing traditions.
