Hi guys—today’s cozy studio vlog is all about getting a very overdue cross stitch kit restock ready. Every time I posted anything, you were asking when kits were coming back, so I sat down to take inventory and start packing (because if I’m missing even one tiny component, I literally can’t make the kits). I’m restocking the retro gaming kit, the bee kit, and the cloud kit, and I walk you through what actually goes into each one—fabric (thankfully pre-cut now), hoops, floss cards + labels, instructions (I’m switching from glossy to matte because it’s easier to read), needles in little pom poms so nobody gets poked, and my custom kit boxes that I’m obsessed with. I also share the very real small business side: restocks get pushed when life happens (I took a much-needed Disney vacation), wholesale shipping takes forever, and Shopify inventory is only “easy” if you’re organized… which I’m actively working on. On restock day, I bulk-edit quantities in Shopify and I’m careful not to list too much of anything (like floss gloss or scissor fobs) because I want to be able to actually keep up. And then, of course, the chaos moment: I almost launched the bee expansion packs with only nine bee needle minders. They arrived (thank goodness), we inspected and backed them, finished packing, and got everything dropped at the post office—plus I added a Valentine’s candy-heart freebie sticker for orders through Feb 14.
