In this tutorial, I walk you through exactly how to cancel your CapCut subscription, both on the web and on mobile. On desktop, I start by showing you how to find the CapCut login page, sign in, and then head to the top-right profile icon (your avatar). From there, you’ll go into the subscription area, where you can manage auto-renewal and hit the cancel option to confirm your cancellation in the pop-up. If you subscribed through your phone, I also show the correct place to cancel—because it’s not inside the CapCut app. On Android (and similarly on iPhone), you’ll open your Play Store/App Store, tap your profile icon, go to Payment & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and select CapCut. Once you’re in there, you’ll see Cancel subscription or Cancel auto-renewal, which stops CapCut from renewing when your current billing period ends.
