About This Video

In this video, I walk you through exactly how to add a clickable link in Flodesk, step by step, so your subscribers can actually click through to your store, offer, or landing page. I start inside the Flodesk email designer using an existing email template (you can do the same with a brand-new email too). The big takeaway: you can turn basically any part of your email into a link—text, quick navigation links, and more—once you know where Flodesk hides the link option. First, I show the simplest method: highlight a word or phrase in your email (like “store”), then use the Link option to paste in your URL. After that, I show another clean option for navigation-style links using the plus icon on a section border and adding a Link Bar. This gives you Link 1 through Link 4, where you can rename the text (like “shoes male,” “shoes female,” or “outfits”) and attach a URL to each item. Once your design is done, you can choose your audience and send—anyone who receives the email can click those links right away.
