Today’s travel vlog is all about Cumberland Island National Seashore - one of the best kept secrets we’ve ever visited! Located in Georgia’s low country, this island is FULL of adventure! Private beaches, wild horses, castle ruins, and more. We could have spent days there exploring all that Cumberland Island has to offer. Just a 45 minute ferry ride from St. Marys, Georgia, this island is truly a hidden secret to many and a gem to those who do know of it. Side note: did you know Cumberland Island is run by the National Park Service? This island is well maintained and similar to the remote experience you might expect in many of the nation's more popular national parks. While the ferry makes it slightly inconvenient, to us that’s part of the charm!
