Scottsdale Has Two Sides and Most Visitors Only See One

Yes, there’s the side of Scottsdale that feels relaxed and refined. We stayed at the Fairmont Scottsdale, which honestly felt like its own little world. Slow mornings, time to breathe, massages at their incredible spa, and one of those meals you keep talking about long after the trip at Bourbon Steak Scottsdale. But that’s only part of the story. We spent the rest of our time getting out into it. Driving a UTV through the desert with dust everywhere and no real sense of direction other than forward. Riding e-bikes through Scottsdale and realizing how much you miss when you’re just driving past everything. And then seeing it all from the air on a helicopter with H5 Helicopters; mountains, lakes, and desert stretching out in every direction. It’s a strange mix here. You can go from a massage to ripping through the desert in an hour, and somehow it all makes sense. If you’ve been to Scottsdale, we’re curious if you saw this side of it.
