Brantley is gated, it’s positioned super close to Downtown Summerlin and the 215, and you’re also right by that whole Red Rock Canyon / Spring Mountains outdoor corridor—which is a big reason people want west Summerlin in the first place. I break down how the Sanremo is laid out and why Pulte and Summerlin both market it as an “entertainer” floor plan: you’ve got that big first-floor gathering room, a more private/formal dining space, and the covered loggia so you can actually use the backyard space for indoor-outdoor living. Upstairs, the owner’s suite is set up with a connected retreat area, which a lot of my out-of-state buyers love because it gives you separation without needing a whole extra room. I also call out some of the published plan details—around 3,111+ sq ft, 4–5 bedrooms, and 2–3 car garage options—and I flag the bath-count mismatch you’ll see online (roughly 2.5 to 4.5 depending on options).
