The Harsh Reality of Zwift Racing: Power vs Weight

How is it possible to hit a massive 1100W sprint PR and still finish 23rd? It comes down to one brutal metric in Zwift racing: Watts per Kilogram. In today's race analysis, I'm looking at the data behind the "heavy rider penalty." I managed to set my highest-ever power output in a sprint finish (over 1100 watts!), proving the raw strength is there. However, the climb exposed the reality of my current weight. Even with massive watts, gravity wins on the incline. I break down the technical proof of where I lost the lead pack, analyze the power curve, and discuss my plan to improve my W/kg ratio without losing that sprint power.
