In this video I’m basically unpacking a brutal little truth: almost everyone is scared of love because love is just another doorway to happiness—and happiness is a trap. The smarter you are, the more you can’t unsee the ending. Even if you meet “the love of your life,” it still ends somehow: time, disease, accidents, or just two people reshaping each other until they don’t fit anymore. Best-case scenario? You die at the same time. That’s why vulnerability feels expensive—because the bill always comes due. But I’m not leaving it at doom. The other half of this is the daily grind of getting better at living with that fear. “Every day it gets a little easier… but you gotta do it every day.” That’s the point. I also pull in a few stories—bees doing small jobs that matter, the fish searching for the “ocean” while already swimming in it, and the difference between wounds and scars. Wounds heal; scars fade—but only if you let go of what you’re dragging from the past. If you want deeper love (or honestly, deeper anything), you don’t wait to feel different—you do the work, daily, and stop letting the inevitability of endings steal the present.
