About This Video

In this week’s “what sold” recap, I’m breaking down my super fast sales (and a few higher-dollar wins) across eBay, Poshmark, and Depop—specifically the pieces that moved quickly and/or brought in strong profit. I walk through what I sold, how fast it sold, what I priced it at, what I accepted in offers, and what I actually earned after fees. You’ll hear me call out details that matter right now, like why vintage Dooney & Bourke heavy leather still moves (even though the brand isn’t a slam-dunk BOLO anymore), why Ralph Lauren “tennis/varsity/prep” sweaters stay consistent, and which swimwear brands are starting to heat up. I also added a new mini section for “trending/shout outs” because there’s a lot of important info that gets missed between the fastest and the highest sales. This week’s shout out: Y2K hoodies/jackets with fur lining or fur trim—especially vintage Abercrombie—because that one detail is seriously elevating comps right now. And of course, I’m sharing a few sales I regret and wouldn’t pick up again—mostly because of size performance. I’m noticing plus-size number sizing (like 18) and petite/XS petite are dragging, while letter sizing (and especially 2X-4X) is what’s consistently moving in my store based on my business model and 90-day goal.
