About This Video

Hey my loves, it’s Cass. In this video I’m showing you how I’ve been styling my loc knot bob with 7 different looks that I’ve been wearing all summer. This bob is truly one of my signature styles—like if I don’t know what else to do with my hair, I’m going right back to this. I’ve swam a little bit, washed it, and once it loosened up I could finally start playing in it for real… and I’ve been having a blast switching it up. I walk you through easy, everyday styles like a half-up/half-down (that lowkey gives “bang” in the front and a little mullet vibe on the side), my go-to side part loc bob, and a few scrunchie-based pony/puff variations. The biggest takeaway is: don’t overthink it. I literally grab sections, see what’s cute, and adjust—pull pieces forward, shift longer pieces back, and keep everything loose so you’re not putting too much tension on your nape or edges. It’s also hot hot in Atlanta, so this length is perfect because I get versatility without suffering through long hair.
