I break everything into categories like hair/skin/wellness, scents, and everyday makeup. For hair, I talk about committing to one full product line (for me, Cécred) to fix my dry scalp and help my hair feel denser—life-changing, down boots. For skincare, I’m never letting go of my Neutrogena Hydro Boost SPF 50 (no white cast, glass-skin vibes), plus the L’Occitane shower oil/body oils and their overnight reset products that had my skin looking glowy when I actually followed the instructions. Then we get into my signature scent layering (Glossier You, Valentino Born in Roma, Sand + Fog Slow Dance, and a French-feeling Marshalls find), my quick “freckles still showing” everyday makeup staples (Merit, DIBS, Charlotte Tilbury), and two wellness upgrades: Groupon laser (because ingrowns are not the vibe) and Pilates + walking for posture, sleep, flexibility, and being toned without hating my life.
