What’s up you guys—Brad here, and this video is my March 1st, 2026 LEGO Store shopping vlog from Yorkdale Mall in Toronto. It’s release day with a ton of new sets hitting shelves, and I’m honestly starting a bit late, so I wasn’t sure what would still be in stock. I walk you through what’s new (and what’s already gone), check out the gift-with-purchase promos, and take a look at a bunch of themes—from Icons and Botanicals to Technic, Speed Champions, Disney, and of course LEGO City. For me, the mission was simple: find the new upscaled blue astronaut minifigure and hit the Pick-a-Brick wall for parts. I also share my quick thoughts on some of the new releases I saw in person—like the Pokémon sets (including the wild $900 one), the FIFA trophy and ball (cool, but pricey), and a few sets that surprised me. On the City side, I’m a big fan of the new Police Train Heist because it feels like a fresh take on LEGO police. In the end, I restrained myself (I’m not usually a day-one buyer) and grabbed the upscaled astronaut plus two PAB boxes—one loaded with white masonry for my LEGO City builds, and another mixed box to help diversify my BrickLink inventory.
