About This Video

Today I headed to the LEGO Store to check out the March 1st, 2026 releases—subway ride, mall walk, and straight to the front displays. Right away I spotted the new LEGO Pokémon stuff, including Pikachu (and I even heard they were down to basically the last one). From there I did a full lap of what was actually still in stock: LEGO Ideas like the Orange Cat and the floating sea otter (yeah… yikes, that one’s definitely interesting), plus new Botanicals like the Mongolia branches with those awesome multicolored elements and the sunflower bouquet. I also checked out a bunch of the bigger drops like the Lord of the Rings helmet, the LEGO Icons Hail Mary set, and that massive Mars container ship—seriously, that thing is amazing and I instantly wanted to know if it floats. There were new FIFA sets, a stack of F1/Technic cars, a huge LEGO Art set with over 3,000 pieces, and even some fresh Batman sets (finally). For LEGO City, the Police Terrain Heist stood out to me because it feels like something LEGO hasn’t really done before, and it just looks like a ton of fun. In the end, I only grabbed one set: the Upscale Blue Astronaut, because it’s super sick and iconic—and I also hit Pick a Brick for some parts like masonry bricks (and yep, I needed two hands to fill that box).
