This is my LEGO City, and in this update I’m making some big changes to the layout to prep for what’s coming next—especially making room for the brand new 2026 modular building. I recently rearranged things by moving the Jazz Club over, and that shift basically kicked off a domino effect. Before the Jazz Club sat here, I had the Botanical Garden in this spot, and before that it was just a small park. The problem is, I left a little park extension behind when I swapped buildings, and once the Jazz Club moved in, it just didn’t work anymore. To fix that awkward space, I picked up the French Café set, built it on the channel, and now I’m modifying it so it can replace the park area cleanly. I took it off the baseplate, shifted it down a few studs, removed the side patio, extended the patio on the other side, and added a secondary wall in the back. I’m keeping the back of the set as-is because I like it, and I’m not planning an interior—so I’m basically going with a second “fake façade” to help it blend into the city. Once the base is finished, the next big move is building up: I’m planning a brand new skyscraper next to the Jazz Club to fill that empty gap, and I want your suggestions on what should go in it.
