Hey there, guys! So, my wife and I had this awesome trip to West Virginia to see the fall leaves change colors. But you know, staying on track with healthy eating during a vacation can be a real challenge. Still, I gave it my best shot! We thought ahead and rented a cozy cabin through VRBO. It had a kitchen, which made cooking meals super easy. Plus, it was a good spot for our dog so he wouldn't bother anyone while we explored around (he was with us most of the time, he's our buddy). The trip was amazing, and I mostly stuck to my healthy eating plan, except for those quick fast food stops on the way there and back. Oops! But guess what? When I got back home, I found out I lost four pounds! How cool is that? We did some leisurely walks and even took on an extreme hike one day.
