I also share how I “schedule” sheet masks so you can actually tell if a brightening or firming mask is doing its job (two weeks per type), plus my oldest trick: hydrocolloid acne patches for people who can’t stop touching or popping pimples. I explain why patting your skincare is better than rubbing, and why you need at least a 30-second break between layers to prevent greasiness and pilling and to help products absorb properly—sunscreen always goes last. Then I get into small but life-changing add-ons: using aloe vera gel on lips and eye areas when you’re masking, using leftover sheet mask essence on your body, and my budget tip—skip pricey eye creams unless they have specific actives, because your regular moisturizer can hydrate the eye area too.
