In my first ever YouTube video, I tried Chloe Ting’s 2 Weeks Shred Challenge (24th March–7th April) because I really wanted to get back on track after binging on junk food. I show you what I looked like before, talk about my body type (I can lose weight fast and also regain it fast), and share a glimpse of my workouts—especially the parts that were honestly funny because day 1 was a struggle. You’ll literally see the difference in my form, like my up-and-down plank from day 1 to day 12. I also break down what actually worked for me to see ab results in just two weeks: my diet, water, and how I trained. I ate normal home food and kept it healthier—yes, I still ate white rice because I love my white rice and I crave it if I don’t have it for a few days. I focused on smaller portions, had one cheat day (on a rest day), and I drank lots and lots of water plus green tea (not for weight loss, I just like it). Most importantly, I kept reminding myself to engage my core during every ab workout—if you don’t, you won’t see the difference like I did.
