How I Made This Sinister Plague Doctor Mask!

In this video, I give a leather plague mask a bold, sinister makeover with a laser engraver and an airbrush— perfect for steampunk cosplay, dark art displays, or occult-themed costumes. Using layers of airbrush, dye, antiquing, and finishing work, I bring this eerie creation to life. I started with a pattern designed by Tony over at Dieselpunk.ro — an awesome base to work from — and gave it my own spin with added eyelets, some dark creative flourishes, and artwork that leans into the macabre. This isn't a tutorial, but more of a look at how I took a clean leather cut and turned it into something uniquely ominous.
