About This Video

In this video I went back to Wish.com to see if the “deals” are actually deals… and yeah, it’s worse. I threw $500 at the weirdest listings I could find (including a hilariously deep-fried cookie JPEG), waited a smooth six weeks for everything to arrive, and then we unboxed a pile of questionable tech that ranged from “kinda works” to “why does this exist?” The theme of the day: you might not get what you think you’re buying, and even when you do, it’s usually compromised in the most cursed way possible. We tested a straight-up Switch clone with a terrible off-axis screen, crunchy controls, and a mini USB port like it time-traveled from 2006. I also grabbed a tiny “Anti-Monopoly” board game, a spy camera watch that’s way too subtle for its own good, and an “iPhone 17 Pro Max” knockoff that’s basically a stretched tablet running a slow, janky iOS-looking skin (with some very sus preinstalled apps). On the PC side, the only real win was that the overpriced Wish RAM actually showed up as 16GB DDR4—so at least something wasn’t a total scam. The rest? Finger mouse, laser keyboard chaos, and a mouse warmer that somehow heats the outside but not the inside. Wish, please.
