Back to Bortle 2 IC63 " The Ghost" Astrophotography from Bigfoot Country

Summer Wildfires have really halted my efforts in astrophotography lately. Desperate for clear skies there is one spot clear enough for me to get some data, a bortle 2 which is also smack dab in the middle of bigfoot country and according to the BFRO website it is very active. Astrophotography is special in the way the image is captured. It takes hours of exposure to get a photo. I can't just roll up to an epic spot and take a shot then leave. I have to stay there and experience the night and what the environment offers. This means being very creeped out in the darkest spot I have ever done astrophotography from!
