Happy October, lil doodles. In this Plan With Me, I’m setting up my October 2024 bullet journal with a simple-but-still-cute theme because it’s officially doodle planner launch season and my brain is basically 99% consumed by moving parts. I’m talking shop pages, marketing emails, designing future products, and even planning potential in-person events (Toronto and NYC… maybe). So I needed spreads that keep me motivated without me spiraling into “everything has to be perfect” mode. The whole vibe is inspired by the upcoming 2025 Doodle Planner (plus major Clique books nostalgia) with a hand-drawn plaid/gingham pattern. I used a soft light blue base with brown lines and a subtle light pink grid on top—aka soft, neutral, girly, fun… and yes, also Sabrina Carpenter-coded (light blue + “espresso” brown is just too good). I walk you through my cover page, a heart quote page (“I’m working late…” because… same), a full monthly calendar for all the launch chaos, and then a super functional weekly rolling to-do list with a brain dump page. Simple spreads, stickers and washi tape to fast-track, and a reminder that it’s okay to let journaling be fun instead of perfect.
