Hi guys, it’s Amanda, and for my July 2024 bullet journal setup I’m hitting the halfway point of the year with a brand new notebook (I went with the Denim one because I’m a denim girl through and through). Starting fresh at the mid-year mark felt like the perfect reset—especially because I was super consistent early on, then got wildly busy with 2025 doodle planner stuff and fell off a bit. This month’s theme is basically my current personality: hot, fun, pop-girl-summer energy inspired by Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter, and all the pop girlies who are absolutely killing it right now. I built the whole vibe around bold pinks (because if I don’t anchor it, it can get busy real fast) and used Uni Posca paint markers to make everything bright, juicy, and easy to layer—yes, even covering darker colors with lighter ones. You’ll see a disco ball cover page, pink cowboy boots and hat, butterflies, hearts, kiss prints, and a Hot To Go-inspired quote page with an 80s diner bag and chunky phone. Then I create a full-sized monthly calendar with colorful “disco tile” boxes (July starting on a Monday = chef’s kiss), classic habit trackers, and a disco ball mood tracker that I genuinely can’t wait to color in. To finish, I make a playlist spread for my “hot girl summer” pop playlist (plus I’m taking song recs), and a simple weekly spread with events up top and a rolling to-do list—because that format has been working so well for my summer life.
