In this quick update, I’m checking in with you after making a difficult decision. I wanted to be honest about where my head and heart are at, because this channel has never been “perfect sewing only”—it’s sewing, quilting, bag making, and the real-life ups and downs that come with all of it. Sometimes the hardest part isn’t the project on the table, it’s deciding what I can realistically take on and what needs to change so I can keep showing up in a way that feels good and sustainable. I also share what this means for my content moving forward and how I’m thinking about the balance between creativity and life. If you’ve ever had to step back, pivot, or make a choice that wasn’t easy—even when you love what you do—I think you’ll understand exactly where I’m coming from.
