Ingredients: 2Cups Tuna 2TB Sriracha 1TB Low sodium soy sauce 1TB Sesame oil 1TB Hot sesame oil 2tsp Sea salt 1TB Sesame seeds 1TB Black sesame seeds 🍣 Sushi Rice 🍣 2C Koshihikari Short Grain Rice 2C + 1/8C Water 🍣 Sushi Vinegar 🍣 1C Rice Vinegar (unseasoned) 1C Sugar 1T Kosher salt 3" Konbu [In a pot add all of the ingredients.
