How to Make Easy German Spaetzle at Home In 20 Minutes Spaetzle is delicious. I take it a step further and pan fry them so they are crispy, Spaetzle is different from as pasta is a dough that can be rolled out while spaetzle is a batter that is "dropped" in water.
