Top Cachaça Cocktails Best Cachaça Drinks Best Men's Cocktails Epic Women's Drinks How to make the You’ve Got Mail Cocktail STORY The cocktail You’ve Got Mail is a nice riff on the Air Mail cocktail, You’ve Got Mail mixes Cachaça with Citrus (lime juice & orange juice), which is balanced with honey syrup and then nicely and effervescently topped with Champagne. INGREDIENTS 60 ml/ 2 oz. Cachaça 15 ml/ ½ oz. orange juice 15 ml/ ½ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice 7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. simple syrup 7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. honey syrup Champagne METHOD 1. Shake in an ice-filled cocktail shaker (except for the Champagne). 2. Strain into an ice-filled glass. 3. Top with Champagne. 4. Garnish with an orange slice.
