When the perfect balance is achieved, the result is a truly delicious blend. The Apple Jack Rabbit first appeared in a cocktail book from 1930. INGREDIENTS 60 ml/ 2 oz. Calvados or apple brandy or applejack 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. orange juice 15 ml/ ½ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice 15 ml/ ½ oz. maple syrup METHOD 1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. 2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. 3. Express lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
