Adapted from a recipe first published in 1937. INGREDIENTS 60 ml/ 2 oz. Gin 15 ml / ½ oz. Apricot Brandy liqueur 15 ml / ½ oz. orgeat syrup 20 ml / ¾ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice METHOD 1. Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes. 2. Shake well. 3. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. 4. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
