Top Vodka Cocktails Vodka Gin Drinks Best Men's Cocktails Epic Women's Drinks How to make the Strawberry on Acid Cocktail STORY For many years, a famous lawn tennis tournament has been held annually for two weeks starting in late June in the London borough of Wimbledon. The Wimbledon Championships (or Wimbledon for short) are considered the oldest and most prestigious tennis tournament in the world. The Strawberry on Acid is the perfect Wimbledon cocktail. It tastes of rich, fruity strawberries, rounded off with vodka, balsamic vinegar, and the tingle of black pepper. INGREDIENTS 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Vodka 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. strawberry liqueur 5 ml/ ⅙ oz. Balsamic vinegar of Modena 75 ml/ 2 ½ oz. Champagne 3 fresh strawberries 1 grind black pepper METHOD 1. Muddle the strawberries in base of shaker. 2. Add Vodka, strawberry liqueur, balsamic vinegar and pepper. 3. Shake with ice and strain into chilled glass. 4. Top with Champagne and garnish with a strawberry.
