Top Vodka Cocktails Best Vodka Drinks Best Men's Cocktails Epic Women's Drinks How to make the Tootsie Roll Cocktail STORY Believed to have been created in the 1970s, the Tootsie Roll cocktail is a sweet, rich and chocolaty drink with a hint of citrus that, as the name suggests, is inspired by the famous US candy. INGREDIENTS 30 ml/ 1 oz. Vodka 15 ml/ ½ oz. Cointreau 15 ml/ ½ oz. Mozart dark chocolate liqueur 1 tbsp. chocolate syrup METHOD 1. Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes. 2. Shake well. 3. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. 4. Garnish with an orange slice and a Tootsie Roll candy.
