The Tokyo Iced Tea does not appear in any of the cocktail books of the 1980s, but its first printed appearance appears in 2007. INGREDIENTS 15 ml/ ½ oz. Midori melon liqueur 15 ml/ ½ oz. white Rum 15 ml/ ½ oz. Vodka 15 ml/ ½ oz. Gin 15 ml/ ½ oz. Tequila silver 15 ml/ ½ oz. Triple Sec. 30 ml/ ¼ oz. frehly squeezed lime juice 60 ml/ 2 oz. Sprite or 7up, to top METHOD 1. Shake the spirits and juice in an ice-filled cocktail shaker (except for the lemonade). 2. Strain into ice-filled glass. 3. Top with Sprite or 7up and stir briefly. 4. Garnisch with a lemon slice wheel. 5. And serve with a straw.
